The Time for
Extreme Self Care!
Winter can be physically and
emotionally draining. Take especially good care of your body by getting
plenty of sleep each night, engaging in 30 minutes of moderate exercise
daily, and treating yourself to moisture-rich skin and hair products.
Beat the winter doldrums by getting
as much natural light as possible each day, or using a full-spectrum
light. Make sure to practice your "Ten Delightful Daily Habits" each
day. Schedule "Me Time" into your calendar as often as possible, and do
something fun! |
